Amber has an extensive career in product management and lab work, having worked for Century Aluminum for over nine years as a lab assistant, chemist, ISO 9001:2008 lead auditor, management representative, and lastly, supervising the laboratory. For Hollison, Amber oversees all aspects of the production department and manages a team of three. Her folks, working closely with the Food Safety Department, produce Hollison’s patented probiotic blend, box and ship it to Hollison’s customers across the country.

A 2004 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry, Amber also participated in the Emerge Owensboro program in 2009-2010, developing her leadership skills, gaining vital exposure to community issues and working with city officials to discuss city topics.
