Old school customer service is alive and well! At Hollison we truly believe in interaction and engagement over emails and screening calls. We still believe in the power of a handshake and business cards over impersonal social media-style relationships. When service is needed, we believe in planes, trains and automobiles to meet you face-to-face instead of phone-to-phone or screen-to-screen. Why? Because we enjoy being the “breath of fresh air” in industries that have grown to expect less and less out of their service providers.

That kind of service is hard to find these days. Instead of simply dropping our products at your door and relinquishing responsibility, we at Hollison prefer to stand behind our products while forming a partnership with your company. Hollison strives to come alongside you and your team to help provide whatever products and services you need to bring your vision to fruition.

We help with sampling your product for everything from pathogens to allergens with our Dura Sampler and True Sampler. Hollison offers Custom Probiotic benchtop testing, and we can also run studies right at your location. We then utilize our expertise to design equipment that will best apply the Hollison Custom Probiotic to your product or environment. All of this can be custom designed and brought to you through our Precision Engineering Department.
